Oyster Plate in a rich green talavera style pattern. One of our most popular designs. We do love making our oyster plates. These beauties are hand built from high quality stoneware clay, kiln fired, hand painted with food-safe ceramic glaze, then fired again for a professional heirloom finish. Collect several to display or to use. Makes a great gift! Our oyster plates average between 8" and 9” in diameter, depending on clay shrinkage during drying. Hand washing recommended. Hand built pottery may have some slight variances or imperfections. These are considered beauty marks not moles, a mark of handmade artistry not mass produced.
